Chi Gung are short, simple exercises for health. They are designed to build up your Chi, the energy you have to live the way you want to.

Based on ancient traditions, they were taught by family elders and practised on a daily basis in China. Also prescribed by a doctor to help with symptoms of ill health, they were an empowering way to improve wellbeing, and still are today.

Like the longer sequences of T’ai chi chu’an, they are great for improving and promoting:

  • good circulation
  • greater balance
  • a sense of inner peace

While there are many videos on YouTube and websites to learn from online, these are nothing like as beneficial as learning during live classes, person-to-person, with an experienced teacher.

Also known as Qigong or Chi kung.
